Librarian - No Option for Jetpack

Was including a Librarian to my roster and I could've swore they can take Jetpacks. A quick look in the most recent Space Marine Codex says they can, at a 25 point price.

The only upgrades(Besides selecting terminator/power armor and Psi. Powers) is Epistolary, which is a 50 point upgrade and not related to Jump jets.

Anyways, I love the program and these little errors can hopefully be fixed, Army Builder saves me a mountain of research.
