Legendary Weapons

I am trying to create a legendary Weapon. I created a new weapon on the magic weapons tab but I cannot select any legendary item power that reqires a weapon. One thing I noticed there Weapon detains section under the magic item type there is a selection for Legendary item but not legendary weapon. The Popup box under the the magic item tab in the character creation editor lets you choose any power not a weapon only power. How do I select Weapon on powers?

You have to make note of the unique ids of the powers you want and Click Gizmo, Then add bootstraps using the unique ids of those powers.

I know they had a problem with the editor that they are trying to figure out how to solve right now.

I am pretty sure their is a simple selection window that opens to add powers on a specific magic item in the editor now.

What issue is that actually? You talking about adding the additional tabs for UC? That maybe true but would not have any issues with specific magic items.

@Kaleb I assume you are talking about a magic weapon that grows in power with a player? The last time I created one its very touchy actually to do this and you can get into some of the heavy details in THIS thread.

Basically what I found was that to get the bootstraps conditions to work correctly you can NOT use a gizmo. So you set the values of the weapon exactly and then say make it like count as the weapon you really want it to be.
