Legacy of Fire was written for 3.5, so I doubt it'll be added to HLO since they'd have to convert it to PF2 rules. At this point LW can barely keep up with *new* Paizo content, let alone stuff from 10 years and two systems ago.

LoF is a great AP though, and there's a community-created HLC datapack for it (converted to PF1 rules).
 
that makes a lot more sense, lol! i'm running a pared-down version of Age of Ashes book 1 as a solo campaign for my son (he's 9), we're loving it so far. HLO support for the unique backgrounds and monsters from the AP would be nice, but I'd rather have non-bug-riddled core features first... not to mention the long-overdue Campaign Theater/GM tools.
