Leadership mount

Hi,

I'm new to pathfinder and hero lab, loving both, but I'm stuck with a new character.

I'm trying to make a winter witch, but I want a mount that will scale with me. From my understanding, the only way I can make this happen is if I take leadership as a feat at level 7.

So, #1, is this even possible, and then #2, can someone give me a quick explanation as to how to make it happen in hero lab?

It depends on what you want.

It sounds like what you want is the Animal Companion or Mount class feature (Mount is essentially a variant version of Animal Companion). These animals grow in power with you. A Familiar is not a mount, usually.

None of the classes normally associated with the Winter Witch (archetype or Prestige Class0 get Animal Companions. They can get familiars, though they are normally not mounts.

There may be something in the Animal Archive book, but I think they're mostly archetypes for other classes, not the ones usually used to get to be a Winter Witch.

The Leadership feat, if the GM allows it, can be used to recruit a cohort of a creature type that can be a mount, but they don't have any specific rules for scaling with the master once they've been recruited. That would all be up to your GM.
