LaTD - Lost and the Damned - Missing HQ choice

I do not know if I am missing this or if it needs to be added, but I cannot find the Chaos Space Marine Aspiring Champion HQ choice. I have tried both a standard LaTD army list and one with Chaos Space Marine allies, and it does not appear as a choice.

Has anyone else noticed this, or am I missing how to select option.
 
Have you checked the options for the squad(s) that the Aspiring Champion must be attached to?
