Land Raider Crusader for White Scars?

The latest Army Builder update allows White Scars to have a Land Raider
Crusader.

My copy of the WS army list in White Dwarf only allows the regular Land
Raider.

Am I missing something?

Codex Armgeddon, where the rules for the Crusader appear, stats the Every marine army list can take One Crusader as a Heavy Support Choice, while the Black Templar can take 3.

The description of the LRC states that it can be taken by any space
marine chapter, does it not? Therefore the White Scars can take it.
Saying they can't just because it's not in their army list means that
only the Black Templars should be able to take it - there's a Salamander
list in the same book, remember, and it doesn't have the LRC in it...

I think something that is important to note is that NONE of the Index
Astartes articles include LRC's. The Black Templar 'dex does says, "Other
space marine chapters may take the Crusader pattern Land Raider, but their
greater rarity outside the Black Templars Chapter means that other Chapters
are limited to having a maximum of only one."

The IA articles for White Scars and Iron Hands has "corrections to Codex:
Space Marines". The LRC is not in C:SM so is not "corrected" by the IA
article.

Saying the White Scars and Iron Hands don't get LRC's because the IA
articles doesn't say so would mean Blood Angels, Dark Angels and Space
Wolves could not have LRC's as well (because their codex doesn't say they
can have it either). The fact is, the Codex: Black Templar *adds* the LRC to
all Space Marine Chapters.
