In the Community Files, an available source means that *some* content from that source has been scripted, but not necessarily everything. I'd hazard a guess that the Kobold Quarterly file is quite incomplete.

That's...completely fair, I'm not sure what I was thinking.
I'd unironically pay someone to make the dang thing so I can use it.

Don't hold your breath (I am quite busy) but I might give it a try, it seems quite easy to do from the description you supplied. The trickier part is the "no feet" stuff.
Here's the race with the ARTs and racial feats, if you are in fact interested.
I will be paid on Monday, just throw a price my way, and failing that I get paid biweekly.
I'll treat you well, it won't be weird.

Oh, I don't expect any pay, as that would imply having to do it, presumably with a deadline. I'm much too busy to burden myself with that. If I do it, it will be the base stuff, not the whole thing you supplied with the ARTs and the FCBs.

BTW, have you thought about using the Race Builder integrated in HL to do this? The racial features of the race seem simple enough that the custom race builder should suffice to build it. Once it's done, you just save an otherwise blank portfolio as "Lamia Commoner" or something similar, and you start from this blank portfolio every time you create one of those lamias.

Also, the full race (along with many others) in included in the Advanced Races Compendium, which is an official 3rd party package available for HeroLab. The package itself is about 20$, which is presumably cheaper than what anybody would charge you for a custom-made HL programming job.

Nah man, that's fine, I just figured you would deserve compensation if you did anything, and if there was ever going to be a deadline, it would be somewhere between 'six months from now' to 'please don't forget about this'.
Advanced Race Compendium, one of the few packs I keep forgetting to buy.
I'll put that one my list once I pay my bills, thanks man.
The race builder is a good idea normally, but the problem with it and the Adjustments Tab for that matter, is that it doesn't include most monster abilities, Constriction being one of them.
