Labeled Text Font Size

I was wondering how to change the labeled text font size to match the rest of the font. I know I can reduce the font from 12 to 9, it's default was 9. But I'd like to change the labeled text font to 12 to match. It just looks, weird. :confused:

I agree, my eyes hurt every time but there is no way to increase the labeled text or the section font size... yet.
