I have now finished getting the L5R converter overhauled so that it can be
used by someone without detailed programming knowledge. I will be getting
it to Kevin shortly so that he can take over the task of managing the L5R
files (competently, unlike me) and so we can work out the kinks before the
next L5R release.
I have posted preliminary L5R files that include Web of Lies and Dawn of
the Empire at the URL below. Just download the file to your computer, then
use the "Import File" mechanism within CV to import everything.

These files include all the new data, as processed by the overhauled
converter. However, they do NOT include error corrections to the previous
files, nor do they factor in game mechanics changes that have occurred with
the game. I somehow managed to file the emails I received regarding those
two topics away so safely that I can't find them now. :-( So if any of you
could re-send that info to me, I'll get it folded into the final files that
will be released. And, in the meantime, you can take a look at the new
files to let me know what I've got messed up.
