knightly order error

I am not certain this is a bug or if I have something set wrong. I just purchased ABV3.1a to upgrade from my V2.2c. The first time I started up AB with the Empire list I was able to select a unit of Knightly Order, and then on the right choose the order they belong to. This is no longer available. Thus, when I add a Grand Master to a unit, the whole unit does not get immune to pyschology becuase they do not belong to the same order as the Grand Master. Additionally, I do not seem to be able to choose an order for the Grand Master either.

The Knightly Orders were optional rules in WD. You really should know where your rules are coming from and have them at hand if you're going to use them

Well, it's possible he did know...that doesn't negate his request for them to be included (or wondering if they already were)...One of the ways Robert gets to prioritize his efforts are by people requesting them here...
And actually I think someone else has mentioned this before...

Ghaz, if the knightly orders are optional rules, then why is the ability for the unit to have immunity to psychology if of the same order as a Grand Master who joins them part of the Grand Master rules?

Yes, I would like to have this rule added to the rule set in AB. Thanks.

Because that is the way GW wrote them, that's why. They're still optional rules

To the best of my knowledge (it's been a long time since I've read the Empire book) Knightly Orders, while in the book, do absolutley nothing (except the wolves I think) except to provide for the immune to psych...The extended differentiation (from WD) and rules for the orders are optional...
