If I buy Horror Adventures to add the new talents Elemental Whispers + Greater EW, do I also need to buy Beastiary 5 in order to select a wysp as my familiar?
 
Yes, though it looks like there is a bug where greater elemental whispers isn't satisfying the "need Improved Familiar" feat requirement for Wysps and small elementals.
