Keyboard Shortcut not working

I use only a few shortcuts in RW, but one I'd LOVE to get working is the Ctrl+Shift+' to clear empty snippets and sections.

Problem is, it doesn't work for me.

Anyone else have this problem?

All other shortcuts that I use are fine (Ctrl+Enter, Ctrl+M, Ctrl+T, Ctrl+G, etc...), it's just this one that doesn't work.
 
Unless that's a typo in your post, you need to use the *grave accent*, which is the *backwards* quote character. On US keyboards, it's in the upper left corner to the left of the '1' key. We picked a character that's way out of the way so that it's not accidentally hit - given the potential impact of the keystroke if not intended. :)
