Judgment surge

I have noticed that on both the iPad and Mac version of HeroLab that when I select Judgment Surge with my Inquisitor it increases the number of Judgments per day that I am allowed. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I am misinterpreting the use of Judgement surge.
 
Sorry, I thought this was "HL - Pathfinder Roleplaying Game". Like I said I'm not sure if this is a bug or an uncertainty about the interpretation of the feat. I'm leaning towards this being a bug that should be fixed in HeroLab.
 
When in doubt report a bug

Bug Reporting

Posts get lost and instead of waiting for confirmation just report it and they will get to it and let you know if it's a bug or not.
