Journal entries and additional Faction reputation

I am trying to figure out the Journal.

How do I add additional reputation gained to factions that are not my primary faction?

The current method I am doing it is opening of the journal entry and changing the faction to the one I am gaining the extra reputation for, but on the journal entries it just states ??? under what should be the faction name.
 
"Reputation Awarded" is for bonus reputation. "Faction for Reputation Awarded" is the faction this will be assigned to.


"Fame and Reputation Awarded" is for the 1 or 2 reputation (and therefore fame) you got for completing the adventure, and it will always be assigned to the faction of the champion boon that is slotted at the time you click "Add Wealth or XP".
