Some more work for both the Realm Works and Hero Labs teams, inspired by Rob's comment in the Realm Works Early Access Treasure thread. . . 
Some kind of object file for Hero Lab items, plus a way to expose the list of Heros within a Portfolio. This way, items can be created in Hero Lab, exported as individual objects, and saved as Snippets within Realm Works. When the party acquires and identifies the item, within Realm Works you select that Snippet and use the option to "Add to Hero", bringing up a file window for selecting the desired Portfolio, and then exposing a list of Heros within the Portfolio. Once you've selected the Hero, the item is imported into their inventory, with a Journal entry created in Hero Lab documenting the acquisition (based on the Realm Works Game Session data) and a Realm Works Journal entry documenting the same, and including the Hero name from Hero Lab.
