My wife has been playing around with HL working on her character, and when she she clicked onto the question mark icon for a bag of holding, the little pop up window had more info than fit into the box size and a scroll bar on the right. However trying to click on the scroll bar made the box disappear. Trying to use the arrow keys also made the box disappear. We can't figure out how to scroll within the box and keep it open. We're using a laptop with a touchpad for the mouse.

If you scroll within the box without clicking (my touchpad uses two-finger scrolling) it will work the way you want to.
