Issues with license

Hi there,

I´m having issues with my AB 3.0 license.
Last year my old computer crashed and now I have a new one. But I can´t get the license key I have to work.

The message I keep getting is, that the license has been disabled.

Can you help me? What further informations do you need?

I´ve already sent you two mails from two seperate accounts and did not receive an answer.
 
A disabled license means there were lots of failed attempts to try and login with the license number. Are you using the correct email address?

Nancy can take care of the problem for you. Make sure you send an email with the problem description and license number to support@wolflair.com. Do *not* send it to other email addresses. And make sure that you don't have spam filtering set to throw away emails from us - which some users have inadvertently done in the past.

It typically takes 24-48 hours for Nancy to get back to you. Over the current *holiday* weekend, don't be surprised if she doesn't get back to you until Tuesday.
