Issue with USER files

I seem to be having some issues with Hero Lab and USER files. I attached a photo of an error message I get, though I can't seem to load any of them. Any ideas?

Nope... still not working. I was actually trying to access the Modern files that Frodie did and deleted those as well, then reloaded those and the PU dataset. They don't come up as an option during the selection screen.
 
Are you loading the PU from HERE? Or somewhere else?

It looks like you have a older or custom version of PU and the file "Sources - Psionics Unleashed.1st" is clashing with the newer version. So you need to delete the "Sources - Psionics Unleashed.1st" and assuming it has a .user file version delete that one also to prevent Duplicate Thing Errors.

Once those are deleted then load the v1.4 of Psionics Unleashed then again. If you get any errors please post those so we can see.
