Issue with SP3 ???

I recently intalled WinXp SP3...the AB3.1 keeps crashing after first use...It crashes the whole system. After installing it works. I activate my license and it asks me to restart. As soon as i do this it crashes and when i try to start again it crashes the whole computer....

What seems to be the problem?

We have installed and run AB under XP SP3 with zero problems. If the product is crashing, and especially if it is crashing your entire system, it sounds like something has become badly corrupted. So I recommend uninstalling AB, deleting all the files in and beneath the folder where it was installed (EXCEPT your saved rosters and data files), and then re-install the product. After doing that, does the problem persist?
