Issue with "sniper" rogue archtype

I have a rogue and have a chance to reconfigure this character but my HL won't allow me to choose "sniper" as an archetype. It doesn't even show up, yet I have the relevant book under my HL license. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Check that you have turned on the source for this book for the character in question. Once you have access to a new book, all subsequent characters should start with it on, but any created prior to then will still have it off by default.

Open your character and press "CTRL-K" and make sure you have the book enabled. Remember which books are allowed to be used is saved with your character.

I thought of that, and I have checked it. Appreciate the quick response. I am trying to rebuild a Pathfinder Society character due to the new abilities. I am thinking the program will not let me change a character once it has passed first level, and I will have to start the character all over again. Argh! LOL

Try clicking the Add an archetype table, then look at the filtering. Do you have it set to "only valid items"? If so, then being higher than 1st level will hide all archetypes of that class. Switch it to "Everything", and ignore the "must be added at 1st level" warning on the archetype to add it anyway.
