Issue with HLO login?

Dunno what's going on, no matter what I try to do I can't get access into my account. I've reset my password successfully and waited like a half dozen times. Is anyone else having issues accessing HLO?
 
I believe that I got to the bottom of the issue. It was unique to your situation and not a general problem. Please see my reply to your thread about the password reset not working.
