Issue with a halfling rogue.

I put in my halfling rogue character for the Pathfinder game I am running. Hero lab did not seem to add the bonus for sure footed to acrobatics and climb, its a racial trait.
 
Are you sure you did not have an armor check penalty or an encumbrance penalty. Both of these items can lower your skill check.

I just made a level 1 rogue with a 10 DEX and 10 STR and no ranks in either skill and they both showed a +2 total.
 
I just double checked and it is emcumberence. But, he has a handy haversack, Hero Lab is adding the weight of whats in the haversack to the load. I thought stuff in a haversack is not added to load like a portable hole?
 
The Haversack should be adding 5 lb. to your weight (the weight of the sack). This shouldn't increase for the gear you put in. Just checked it on one of my characters and it works fine for me.
