Issue w/ known languages.

I've noticed the starting language pools are ok for the diffferent races. However, after inital selections at Lvl 1, you are supposed to be able to select any other available language (minus druidic for non druids) if you take a rank in Linguistics.
This problem is apparent with elves. My selection limitations are those of 'starting language' options for the race.
I was wondering if I'm missing some rule or if this is an actual error?

Languages from linguistics are selected on the personal tab. Once selected, they won't report an error, even if you select a gray-ed out language.
