Is Valten in Army Builder

Is there anyway I can select Valten or other heroes from Storm of Chaos? I know its a 6th addition book but my friends and I would like to play him along with some other special characters, from the SoC book, for big games.

I've tried loading up the older edition of Empire in Army builder but I still cant find him.

I did find the slayer army and Ungrim Ironfist "Slayer King", but no Valten.

Also is there any chance someone can put the the White Dwarf 30th Anniversary "Grombrinal, on shield bearer" in army builder?
