Is there any way to GM using HLO?

I bought HLO last year with both Starfinder and PF2 licenses. I'm looking to start GMing a PF2 campaign so I just bought the bestiary license and now I can't figure out how do anything as a GM. Am I missing something? Please tell me there is some sort of GM support?
