Is there an update for Warhammer 40k?

Army Builder for Warhammer 40k is outdated. It is ususing some of the very old rules from the old Imperial Guard Codex and still has the old Chapter Approved Vehicle Design rules.

The other minor point is that this list is for discussing how to use
