Is there a way to make a bonded item legendary?

I'm trying to combine a wizards bonded item and the mythic legendary item path abiltiy. However I can't figure out a way to do both. If I make it a legendary item it can't be selected on the wizard tab as their bonded item but if I select it as a bonded item I can't add the legendary item abilities to it.

The bonded item seems the perfect choice for a legendary item as it would be associated with the wizard. Am I missing a simple way to do this?
