Is there a list of upcoming 3rd party data packages?

Mostly I'm trying to see if the third party books "Racial Ecologies: Canids" from Fat Goblin Games and the "Kitsune Compendium" From Everyman Gaming are going to have data packages any time soon. I really liked their content and was hoping to see them integrated into Hero Lab so I could add it.

If they're not going to be coming, is there a way to see if there's anyone who can teach me how to manually add that kind of content so I can use it with my program?

Best off to go on the company in question and ask them if they have any plans to be made avilable through Hero Lab.

As Exmortis says, it's usually best to lobby the 3rd party company. If they find enough interest they might commission someone to build their files and approach us about selling them through HL. As of this time, I am not aware of any effort for the books you name.

As for learning how to enter content yourself, there are several resources available. There are some tutorials included with the hero lab editor, a series of fan videos on youtube that introduce some concepts, a pair of taped seminars from last gencon also uploaded to youtube. The boards themselves are a good resource, both past threads and posting questions if you get stuck on something. Look up a post by ShadowChemosh, his signature has a link to a summarized list of resources that may include others.

Thank you both!

... Do you think I would get in trouble if I added that content for my own uses and they later do add them?

I will start checking out the resources you've pointed me to.

I'm no legal scholar, but I believe any data files you produce for personal use should be covered under fair use.
