Is the Balor Lord missing?

I have the "Demons Revisited" package, but I'm buggered if I can find the "Balor Lord" in it. Is it just me, or has it been overlooked?
 
If I remember correctly each Balor Lord is unique, not only in personality but also in Hit Dice, spells, powers, etc. Seems like each one would have to be built as a new, individual monster.
 
The stock Balor Lord that is statted out in the book is in the NPCs (Campaign Setting; A-M) To make a Balor Lord yourself just use the Balor race and us the alternate racial traits listed.
