iPad and Android at once

First, I would LOVE to have all my gaming tools running native in a tablet, or at least on a REALLY nice HTML 5 interface.
I noticed that you guys mentioned an intent to develop to a mobile platform/tablet device. I would highly recommend you check out MoSync or AirPlay. They are cross-platform development environments, and they aren't the only ones out there. Keeps you from having to develop several versions of the same code for iPhone/iPad and Android(Windows 7 coming, or so they are all promising). Obviously, you still have to test in both environments, but it is an easy sacrifice for those of us who already have C++ knowledge(and are used to a particular IDE).
Good luck with your hire for the entry level coding position, I would have killed to have gotten into the RPG or gaming industry 15 years ago. Oh well, at least bank software pays well.:D
