Invalid Powers for Arcane Backgrounds are selectable

in the Deadlands: Reloaded - V2.3 file, it doesn't appear to be blocking powers that are not available to certain arcane backgrounds. For example, a character with AB: Shamanism can select Hunch even though it shouldn't be available to that arcane background.
 
I think the version I sent to CapedCrusader that he may be looking to integrate into his next update covered that. It's been several months since I did it, though, so I can't completely remember. I do know he's supposed to be working on a new release of it for us, though, so hopefully he'll double-check these for us, too.
