Instalation Question

I purchased Hero lab at the local store. I installed the product, went through the license verification then it propmeted me to download updates. I downloaded the two updates including V1.1c. As it was instaling itself, I got an error message telling me that I did not have adminstration rites to install this program. I double checked all my user acoount info for my computer, and as I knew I am set up with admin rights and settings. Since this prevented me from having access to the program at all, I uninstalled the program and began the process again. This time as the main program was installing I got the same erroe message. Now I have no access to the program at all. I will attempt a manual uninstall to see if that will help, but this is very frustrating. I have heard great things about your products, and have been looking forward to this. I now have the product, and can't us it...

Quick question: Are you using Windows Vista or XP?
