increasing skill points

I want a simple feat to increase the number of skill points per level (all classes) by 2.

i've looked at several different feats/traits but they all have some added choice or something that makes me unable to take it apart and find what i'm looking for. or I get -->invalid use of reserved word.
 
Look at the feat Open Minded from the Psionics Unleashed data on ShadowChemosh's pfrd. The feat grants +1 skill point per character level.
