Increase Font Size/Zoom

Any plans on adding a View>Zoom option? There are OS based tools and third party apps to make the text more easily read...was just hoping there would be a way to do that from within the application.
 
I have the same issue in realmworks as well as here it would be nice if they could do something to allow you to increase the font sizes at some point.

Right now I am keeping my screen rez resizer open and flipping back and forth between resolutions to do so. Far from ideal but at least I can use it more often.
