Inability to add Psi-like abilities?

I've been trying to add the Inspired (tsucora spirit) from the Eberron setting for a personal campaign but I've noticed there appears to be no way of adding Psi-like abilities? Is this a bug in the files themselves?

I'm confused. I can see an AbilType.PsiLike tag which can be added to class specials as one of the Ability Classifications. See the attached, and let me know if you do not see the same thing.

Sendric,

I'm referring to the ability to click on something, say "Charges" like you would for spell-like abilities in the editor to get a list of spells to add and then choose from the actual psionic powers in the game. I'm not seeing psionic powers show up in the charges lists at all for adding actual psi-like abilities to a creature here.

Apparently I've never added spell-like abilities this way cause I'm still a little lost. Since you are trying to add something to a creature, I assume you are on the race tab, but I don't see what you mean by Charges unless you are in the bootstrap selection menu. If that is the case, I do see Psionic Powers there. If not, can you tell me exactly where you are? Sorry if I'm being a little dense here.

On the Race tab, under the Race heading, if I try to bootstrap a psionic ability via the bootstrap mechanism what tag do I have to add to it to say its a Psi-Like ability?

Normally for a spell-like ability, when you bootstrap the spell you add tags to it, one of them is Helper.SpellLike usually which tells hero lab the bootstrapped ability is a spell-like ability. There are also tags for Caster Level as well which sets the CL for the ability in the case of non spellcasting characters.

Is there a tag that specifies a bootstrapped psionic power is a psi-like ability? If so what is that tag?
