In-line Unicode Symbols

Maybe I'm just dense, but I can't seem to imbed an inline unicode symbol (specifically, the 🎲 x1F3B2 symbol for a single die). I can use basic HTML tags such as {br} and \n, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to include a unicode character (simple copy-paste of the symbol just leaves a blank space.
