Improved Familiar - Soulbound Doll

Hello,

Looking for some assistance; perhaps confirmation.

I’m trying to add Soulbound Doll as a familiar to a Level 7 Witch. It’s not an option. I have most of the various RPG books & Player Companions, but only Bestiary 1. Do I need Bestiary 2 to use it?

I just pulled up bestiary 2 (where they are documented) and they are not listed as familiars the exact wording is Soulbound dolls can serve as companions, surrogate children, servants, guards, and sentries, as desired by their creators.
 
OK, thanks. It is for PFS and there is a Boon to use them as a Improved Familiar. Are you able to add it as a familiar to a character with Improved Familiar Feat?
 
I can't seem to figure out how to create a Soulbound Doll familiar in HL. I'm using that same boon.
