improved crit feat question

class: bard 7 / swashbuckler 6

i have a +1 holy adamantine scimitar (1d4+11+6 precicision + 2d6 vs evil).

what is the "precision" and where is it coming from?

then when i pick up the improved crit (scimitar), hl says i have improved crit twice on weapon and red flags.
 
Take a look at "Deed: Precise Strike" on your swashbuckler levels.

For the improved crit issue, take a look at the exact details of what the "Swashbuckler Weapon Training" ability gives you.
