Improved Channel problem

Greetings All - Having a problem with a JUJU Oracle build. At 1st level I have taken the following feats and mysteries: Extra Revelation, Improved Channel, Undead Servitude and Spirit Vessel. The problem I am having is that when I add Improve Channel to the feats, it changes my DC for Command Undead to a DC-2 instead of a DC-17 (10+1(Level)+4(CHA)+2(Improved Channel). Not sure why it is doing this?? Anyone else have this problem or have a suggestion??
