Importing Character Pics

Click the portrait on the Personal tab, and then it will open up a window for you to navigate to the image you want.
 
Do a google image search? Use a scanner? Prowl Elfwood?

You can put any image file you like as your portrait.
 
For what its worth, I am from the OLD School cut and paste model. I was uncertain if one was allowed to import other art; hence my query. Thanks for the help, apologies for the ignorance.
