Importing a Beginner Box character to Pathfinder module

I'm running a group through Beginner Box at the moment and we're getting to the end of the content. Some of the group have bought a full license for Hero Lab with the Pathfinder module and tried to open their Beginner Box characters in that, but are unable to. They want to keep their characters and continue with them in the full Pathfinder, is there a conversion tool or a way to move them across into the full Pathfinder module? Or will it be a case of recreate them in Pathfinder?
 
They will have to recreate the characters in the Pathfinder system as there are enough differences to prevent opening portfolios from one in the other. However, considering the simplicity of Beginner Box Characters, converting them shouldn't take too long. It should be even easier if they open Hero Lab twice, and have them running side by side so they can quickly switch back and forth.
