Our internet provider made major hardware changes last night and
conveniently screwed everything up. I've spent hours with them on the
problem now and they tell me they're "working on it". So far, their
competence is something short of satisfactory, as the problem has persisted
for more than 24 hours now and they still don't have it sorted out.
This affects only our in-house server at the www.lonewolfdevel.com domain.
Unfortunately, that's the domain that all updates information is retreived
from, as well as where all product sales and licensing is handled. Product
downloads also are initiated through this server. The net result is that
all the core functionality that everyone relies on is hosed at the moment.
We're basically just waiting for someone to fix the problem at this point,
and there's nothing further we can do on our end. So please be patient and
keep your fingers crossed that the techs figure out how they screwed things
up so they can fix it.
