Import Issue

Hello all, I have run into a import issue and was wondering if anyone else has come across this. I have uploaded a pic of the error I am getting when I try to import a file. I have tried this in an existing file as well as a new realm.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

yeah I did, I finial was able to get around it by importing it on my Surface Pro vs my Desktop, then syncing my desktop up with the information
 
You probably had a problem specific to that computer then.

You might want to verify that the import file you used on both machines was identical, assuming you didn't email it from one to the other. If nothing comes of that try uninstalling RW and reinstalling on the machine where the error occurred.
