Implement Expertise bonus

I have an 8th lvl storm sorcerer (stormsoul genasi) with a staff of storms +2, and the feat Implement Expertise (which gives a +1 bonus to attach powers that chanel through any staff) and the bonus does not show up with the character. For now I have gone into the personal tab and add a permanent adjustment +1 to the staff of storms until there is a fix, unless I am missing some reason that it would not add the bonus in.

Hey I just noticed that we can not add a .por file otherwise I would have included my character, why is that not able to be in the upload?
