Ok, when doing an Imperial Guard List, if you pick the Doctrine Storm Troopers, your suppose to be able to take 3 squads of Storm Troopers as Regular Troops. AB3.1 isn't allowing for this. It's placing the Storm Troopers in the Elite section, when it's suppose to show in the Troops section. Thus allowing for 3 squads.

I know this correct since I've spoken to a GW rep. regarding this rule and he confirmed it for me.
 
Read your codex please. The 'Storm Troopers' doctrine does NOT allow you to take Storm Troopers as a Troops choice.
