Are the vehicles that are introduced via Citadel Journal considered
'official' for the purposes of tournaments and/or ab files? I just
received my Nightspinner kit from Imperial Armor. Though I realize
that the rules for the 'Spinner are yet to be released, will they be
included as an update to the Eldar files when the time comes?
