Impelling Disarm core barb but not Unchained

Hello,

I've recently been granted permission to use Impelling Disarm as an unchained barbarian instead of core. But the option doesn't even come up when searching for rage powers as an unchained barbarian.

Is there a way to add it or at least a custom rage power in hero labs online?

The power comes from "PF Player Companion: Champions of Balance" - in addition to the Unchained material, you will also need to activate this in Hero Settings, assuming you have the package. (Part of Player Companion Bundle #2) If that doesn't bring it up, I suggest raising a bug report.

You can add it for yourself using the editor, but that's probably more work that you want.
