imp crit & keen stacking

I'm trying to build a Keen longsword and use it with Improved critical but cant get it to stack properly.

I have allowed Imp crit & keen to stack from configuration

My character has improved crit longsword

the +1 longsword i have created, seems to behave normally

but when I add a bootstrap thing 'Keen(ikeen)', it has no effect

where am i going wrong
 
I'm not having a problem when I configure them to stack. My guess is that you are setting your configure hero, then when you reload (or create a new character), it goes away because you didn't hit the Set Default button. Make sure after you configure it to stack, that you also hit Set Default to make that a standard setting for anything you load. Otherwise, only the portfolio you save that setting in will have it, and other portfolios will not.
 
I'd recommend building this weapon using the custom weapon option, rather than trying to create it in the editor - the item powers only function if they're added by the user in the correct place, and can't currently be bootstrapped, so the alternative would be to script the keen bonus.
