IG Turret Emplacements

I have emailed this before and not gotten a response, so I figured I
would post it here and see if I can get any help... In using Turret
Emplacements for the IG, the IA book states you can take upgrades,
for example a search light. When I try to add the options in AB I
get an error message that says "Regiment 'Turret Emplacement' (Troops)
can not currently be given any equipment". I have AB 2.2c and the
latest data files.

Am I not clicking something, or is it an error in the data file?
