I'd like to apologize for the tone of many of my forum posts recently. I've been curt and dismissive in many of my responses, which I'm sure has not been useful to you. I'll make an effort to keep my responses helpful, and I've edited a number of the existing ones.
 
I would just like to say as someone who is new to the sight and just recently purchasing hero lab I have been amazed at just how helpful and quick to respond you are to questions. The couple of questions I have posed have been answered promptly and were very helpful as compared to many of your competitors products out there. I guess I am just saying thanks for the fact that you are willing to put the time in helping your customers that many people do not and if you think that you may have been curt in your responses I for one have certainly not noticed.

As stated above, I've found that you folks are easily the most responsive and most willing to listen to customers. Your competitors have on more than one occasion refused to listen to my suggestions / requests / bug reports / etc, and you guys continue to outperform them.

I don't expect you'll be seeing any complaints from me any time soon!
